Author's Commentary
This is an originary creation, who might look a lot like the previously unnamed (but now named) Space Marine, Mike. But in fact she is a completely different person, even if she is only a "simple recolour" of his graphics. As we can see, she talks differently and stuff. I don't know if she will show up again so I might as well mention that her name is Jeanette.
PS. I don't remember if "Mike" is named that in the video game's he's appeared in, but anyways I'm calling him Mike now.
PPS. Not sure why I wrote second last sentence, I definitely want to have Jeanette be a recurring character!

#9: Meanwhile... (3)

Panel 1: We return to the space hallway from comic #6. The lasers are no longer visible, but there are burn marks across half the hallway, as well as a large fire right next to the door. We can see another space marine, with a different colour palette than the one in comic #6, entering the scene.
Space Marine 2: "Mike? I told you, the password for today is 1234, and- Oh geeze!"
Panel 2: The space marine activates their gun, which sprays water all over the fire. It makes a loud "Fwoosh!" sound.
Panel 3: The fire has been put out, revealing a complete skeleton on the ground. It's holding a small red object in one hand.
Space Marine 2: "Oh my god, Mike! I just wanted you to grab a coffee, I never thought that..."
Panel 4: The space marine has picked up the red object.
Space Marine 2: "What the heck, a data chip? Where did Mike get this?! Was he involved in something else?"
